# Channel Watch by Seedflows.ai

> Channel Watch is a trend radar for YouTube. It checks the channels in your niche every morning and shows which videos are breaking out compared with each channel's normal, how fast they are still growing, which titles travel between channels, and which title formats are working right now.

## What it shows

- Signal score: every video compared with its own channel's normal, adjusted for the video's age. 2x expected is a breakout, 1.3x is above average.
- Speed between checks: views gained per day since the last check, to tell a lucky first day from a video YouTube keeps recommending.
- Matching titles: titles on the watch list that are almost the same across channels, with the channel that used it first on top.
- Copy search: when a video breaks out, YouTube is searched for the same title; channels that used it first are suggested for the watch list.
- Packaging signals: score, speed, views per subscriber, and the gap between a channel's best and weakest long video (click-through rate is private, so only outside signals are used).
- Formats: proven title formats with a timeline of who used them first, who copied them, and who got the biggest hit; formats can be turned into ideas for your own next video.

## How it works

1. Add up to 60 YouTube channels, one per line (link, @handle or channel ID).
2. Every morning, the 50 newest uploads of each channel are pulled from the official YouTube Data API with exact views and publish dates.
3. The signals, matching titles and formats update after each check. Shorts are recognised and kept out of title matching, packaging signals and the copy search.
