Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

1. Who we are

Channel Watch (watch.seedflows.ai) is a service of UmbrinCraft, owner Pascal Clément, Diessenberg 2, 3068 Utzigen, Switzerland, your contract partner. Contact: [email protected]. By creating an account or subscribing you accept these terms.

2. The service

Channel Watch checks the YouTube channels on your watch list using publicly available data from the official YouTube Data API (videos, view counts, publish dates, subscriber counts). It shows which videos perform above a channel's normal, which titles appear on several channels, and which title formats are working, and it can write video ideas with AI. All of this is generated automatically. It is a tool for your own research, not a promise of views, growth or income. Channel Watch is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

3. Account

You sign in with your email address or Google account. One person, one account; don't share your access.

4. Subscription and prices

5. Right of withdrawal

Channel Watch is a digital service you can use right away. By confirming at checkout that access starts immediately, you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU and some other countries have for online purchases ends once your access starts.

6. Fair use and limits

Up to 60 channels per watch list. Each account has a daily allowance of YouTube requests, shared fairly between all users; when it is used up, the remaining channels are checked the next day. Don't misuse the service: no automated mass requests, no attempts to get around limits or payment, nothing unlawful. Use the results for your own channel work; reselling them as your own product needs our consent.

7. Third-party content

Titles, thumbnails and numbers shown in Channel Watch belong to the channels that published them. We show them for analysis. Copying other creators' content is your responsibility.

8. Liability

We run Channel Watch with care but can't guarantee it is always available, complete or error-free, or that YouTube's data stays available to us. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months; liability for intent and gross negligence remains.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. For changes that matter to you, we let you know by email before they apply.

10. Law

Swiss law applies, place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence still applies.
